You simply attach, and in one quick flip of the wrist, pull the dent back in place. It may sound easy, but this type of paintless dent repair is actually very complex.

Furthermore, the process usually requires several repetitions to achieve the desired result. Therefore, the do-it-yourself kit may look like a simple solution, but is much harder to use, and is most likely much lower in quality.
